The hotel was very convenient to Victoria Station. The double decker tour bus and the underground also stopped at Victoria Station, so the hotel is well situated for sight seeing. Several attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. The room and bathroom were small, but that is expected in most European hotels.

From Victoria Station-state what street exit to take because at Victoria there is many street exits to take such as Belgrave or Buckingham, etc.

Cozy, great location-next to Victoria Station which is the heart of London and it makes it easily accesible to get anywhere. Perfect walking distance to many places.

Initial confusion as to whether our room had been givn out earlier in the day but once the manager Jay arrived he sorted it out immediately. I must admit we were not aware that we had to pay the full amount on arrival. Subsequently we were happy on the last day that we done so.

For what we wanted it was ideal. Comfortable, reasonable and close to the underground. Even when coming home after a night out, a taxi would only cost on average £8. Would definitely use it as a base for London City centre, yet away from the mad huslte and bustle.

Maybe it will better hava a Shuttle from Gatwick to the hotel.

The breakfast provided was disappointing. A choice between a bowl of cereal or a plate with a single fried egg, a single rasher of bacon and 2 slices of toast for which there was a single wrapped pat of butter.

Comfortable room but don't expect a decent breakfast.
