• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2 pm, Check Out before 11 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Mostyn Hotel has 4 floors, with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are a centra London hotel, no rooms which are completly quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have AC all year, no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, is available at a charge at NCP opposite the hotel.
  Guests at the hotel does get discount. Concierge will inform guests on check in.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Portman Street and Oxford Street, Marble Arch.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station, 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Marble Arch tube station, 2 minutes walk. Take the excit for Oxford Street, turn left coming out of underground station, turn left first street and the right on the next street which is Bryanston street , and hotel can be seen.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
