- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 11am. Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and includes VAT, and all tax and services. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
A Continental breakfast is fully inclusive with the price of the room. A Full English Breakfast is available at a supplementary charge of £4.50. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes you may. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish, French, Portugese, Morrocan, Singhalees, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There is an elevator which serves all 5 floors. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes to the back of the building we have quiet rooms. At a supplementary charge we can arrange a romantic nite for the couple depending on the budget and requirements. Typical room setup would be consistant of flowers, fruit and champagne. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Unfortunately we have neither, but the front view of the hotel oversees some beautiful mews. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Unfortunately not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We have a mix of non smoking and smoking rooms. When making a booking please notify us of your type. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
The hotel offers the 5 terresterial channels including, satellite, news, music sport, and entertainment channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
The room telephones have direct dial ability, with their own voicemail system. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air conditing units are in 2 of the rooms in the hotel which are family size rooms accomdating from 4-6 people. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Internet points are available in the rooms, allowing clients to connect their laptop to the Internet with ISDN speeds. In the lobby area, there is a Internet facility where clients are able to browse and use the Internet. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We do not have a swimming pool but we are able to offer concessioned discounts to two very large local health club. - Is parking or garage available?
The hotel itself does not have any parking facilites, however, there is a local NCP car park which is a mere minutes drive form the hotel where clients are able to park their cars for a daily charge of £35.00 for the day. - Where can we rent a car?
There are many different companies that offer rent a car services. Please enquire at the reception desk for your local dealer. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Heathrow Airport. For directions of going/coming from the airport, please refer to our direction on the Where we Are page. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
The hotel uses Hotel Link shuttle service for pick up and drop offs to and from the airport. Please enquire at reception desk for prices. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is a mere 30 seconds walk from the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station to the hotel is Victoria Station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest underground to the hotel is Gloucester Road station which is a mere minutes walk away from us. There is a direct link to Heathrow airport as well as direct access to all major London attractions within the city. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
The hotel itself does not have any health club facilities within the property itself but we are able to offer day passes to a local gym for a discounted rate. - Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately the hotel does not allows pets in the building. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
The Light of India, is a very fine Indian cuisine restaurant located within the hotel property. It has yet classical and authentic decor which creates an atmosphere for the appreciation of fine Indian cuisine. The restaurant is fully licensed and air-conditioned. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes you are able to connect to the Internet using modem points allocated in the rooms. Please ask at reception for all call charges.
