I was asked whether I wanted a smaoking room or non-smaoking. I opted for a non-smoking, but I informed the Receptionist that it is unlawful to have smoking rooms in hotels in the UK now and she said she did not know that. She said she would refer the comment to her Manager. I have never received any feedback from anyone.

I was initially booked into a non-smoking room, as opposed to the requested smoking-room.
I was away overnight in Brugges for the second night, and this gave the hotel-staff the opportunity to correct the mistake.

The internet-access within the room did not function for the first few days. The staff did however issue a voucher for the use of the stand-alone computer.

A pleasantly upmarket venue, with ready assistance from staff at all times.
