  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    3 floors with lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are private and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, satellite TV in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

    Heathrow Airport - 20 miles approx.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We offer a (chargeable) Taxi, Car and Chauffeur service, which is bookable through the concierge on request

    In Russell Square.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Euston and Kings Cross Station, 1 mile.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Russell Square - Piccadilly Line 250 m.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    The hotel provides complimentary gym and sauna facilities. If you fancy a relaxing day out at the Sanctuary, with prior notice the Concierge will be able to arrange this.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms and a range of pet beds and menus are available, this can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification. Though a deposit is requested upon arrival in case of any damage caused, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes.
