    Check-in: from 2pm.
    Check-out: before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room/apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No for apartments.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, Spanish, French and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The Milestone Hotel and Apartments has 4 floors, with lift.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some rooms have balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

    There are several National Car Parks (NCP) locally. Our concierge can provide a valet service and will park your car for you, all charges for car parks can be added to your bill.

    London City 10 kms (6 miles).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We offer a chauffeur driven Bentley car service for transportation between the hotel and either Gatwick or Heathrow Airports which may be booked by our concierge for a fee.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Kensington Road.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Victoria Station 1½ miles.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    High Street Kensington 6 minute walk, Central Circle and District lines

    Fully equipped health & fitness centre with sauna and Jacuzzi.

    Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms and a range of pet beds and menus are available, this can be arranged when making your reservation.
