• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakast is included in the price. We serve full English and continental menus.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French, German, Polish, Maltese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are soundproof, very quiet and decorated in blue and white romantic style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All hotel is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv with national channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, air conditioning is not needed. Fans are supplied if necessary.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but our guests can connect from the rooms with their own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in the hotel. There is an an olympic pool nearby open all year round.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, on street or st the nearby national car park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Victoria Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we the hotel is located very close to Victoria station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Belgrave Road, 100 m far from hotel.

  Victoria Station, 5 min walking distance (500 metres).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Victoria Station, 5 min walking distance (500 metres).

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is not but there is one nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.

  No, there is not.

  Yes, you can.
