• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Hotel rooms include Continental Buffet Breakfast, Apartments are self-catering but we can provide Breakfast at extra cost of 3 GBP per person per day served at the hotel.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, Slovak, French, Dutch, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel has a lift to all floors
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartments are private, romantic and quiet, as well as hotel rooms. We also have a Honeymoon Suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some have a small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our hotel rooms have colour TV with satellite channels, apartments have colour TV with 5 terrestrial channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all hotel rooms and apartments have direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air-conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans at no extra charges.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Each room has modern ports where a guest can connect his modem.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, at an extra cost of 17 GBP per day ( 2PM - 11AM the next day).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz (we can arrange it in advance).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange it in advance at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Earl's Court Road/Warwick Road - both 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  West Brompton Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Earl's Court Station, one minute walk from the hotel. Taking the Exhibition Exit you need to turn right and first turning right will be Trebovir Road.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, a small Gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
