good reception - gentleman there to carry bag so this was most helpful and 'necessary'.

Found some parts of the room very dusty - ledges beside bed and on shelves...and some light bulbs not working (this should have been checked before we checked in) however, gentleman changed them immediately, but one over mirror in bathroom not changed. I have a very bad dust allergy so was not happy about the dust.. but I kept well away from it so effect was minimal....

Check out was very efficient and helpful - kept our cases and were most polite and courteous.

very good continental b'fast...well we liked it anyway...place a bit cold (especially in Feb!!)....so could turn up heating a bit.!!.

Warm and friendly and very well located to tube and Earls Court etc. Staff very nice and courteous. Good b'fast. Would recommend to anyone looking for central located to Earls Court - especially to Tube!.
