They were very helpful, a really nice family run feeling.

I can't stress enough the family feeling you get at this hotel. Everyday, if at breakfast, or just on your way out to see sights, they help, and are interested in your stay. From directions, to knowing where you can get anything that you might have forgotten at home.

The receptionist was politie and helpful, and gave us advice on where to eat, advice which was very good and useful.

The staff were so accomadating and friendly upon our arrival. We had taken a night flight and arrived too early to check in to our room yet but they kept our bags and directed us to a place for breakfast while they finished the room.

We loved the Luna and Simone and would definately stay there again. The location is very convienent and the staff extremely friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and functional. The rooms are slightly small but we expected that, so it was not a suprise. They were efficently laid out and were comfortable.

I would also mention it's close proximity to the bus. You could pick up the 24 across the street and it could get you quickly to many of the touristy areas...Westminster, etc.. Faster than walking to the tube and taking it there.

I have stayed at the Luna & Simone several times between 2001 & 2004 and always found ti welll run, clean, friendldy with a good breakfast. On several occasions they have given me an upgraded room.

There are a number of services close by such as a Tesco & SAINBURY, SERVICE WASH LAUDRAMAT, OFF LICENCE, TAKEWAY food, newsagent,good fruit shop and is 5 minutes walk from Pimilco underground station & 10 mintes from Victoria

the street numbers in belgrave st. were somewhat confusing compounded by the fact that the distance from victoria station was a little understated.

I would recommend both Luna and Simone and Londonby to anyone. The accommodation was easy to book, gave excellent information and directions. Luna and Simone Hotel was a good price, very clean and modern, helpful staff, great location, very comfortable and I was more than happy with the place.
I do not normally rate places as well I have in this survey, but this was my first time in London and the website made booking the right accommodation so easy and enabled me to choose a hotel that suited my needs perfectly

My husband and son are extremely tall and we were worried about the accomodation. We ended up with 3 single beds in a basement room which worked just fine. The only thing I would like changed is if they could have varied the breakfast food selection slightly from day to day. By the 4th day we were tired of eating the same thing. The food was good and the service was lovely.

The hours that breakfast is served are very rigid. If you are not an early riser, you are out of luck!

The 'internet room' had a sign on it stating that it was out of order, however, the man at the front desk was clearly online.
I would have preffered a full cable system in the room as we had only three channels to chose from.

A quiet neighbourhood with a lot of small hotels, an Italian restaurant, an English pub, a grocery store. Offers a pleasant walk to either Victoria or Pimlico underground stations. I got the impression that many of the local people might be students which makes the kind of neighbourhood I like.

The only problem was that the room was VERY hot. The fan didn't help and it was too noisy outside to leave the window open at night. It was very hard to get a good night sleep that way.

Once we found our way to the hotel we were fine and it was easy, but that first day was very confusing as the street seems to come to an end and start again. Several people going to different hotels on the street felt the same way, they were lost too. We had to ask several times and it seemed the workmen on the street didn't know either???? However, once finding the hotel, it was easy from thereon in.
We came in via Victoria station, we discovered that Pimlico station was much easier only three minutes away and much easier.

We drove to the hotel in a hire car which we were going to return after dropping our luggage. The staff were terrific in checking out best route for us to use in returning the car (direction map supplied by hire car company was outdated.)Nothing was too much trouble!

Our room was small but this had been expected from information on the web site. The room was clean and private and surprisingly quiet given the window opened on to the main street. The location was great. Close to Victoria station and a bus stop directly out the front. It made London very accessible

Very convenient with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are small but as tourists we spent very little time in the room - it was just a place to sleep.Tea making facilities, tea, coffee etc were replenished daily. Although small, the bathroom was very nicely renovated. Adequate breakfast and staff were happy to offer alternative combinations to that stated on menu.

L&S is in between 2 tube stations, but closer to the Pimlico station and much easier to walk to from that station than from the victoria station. Directions should be given from the Pimlico station.

The receptionist gave us a room with a little balcony instead of our originally reserved room which was a very nice thing for him to do. We really appreciated that extra nicety. The children's room was exactly as promised, much to my relief.

Some of the rooms are very, very small. Only soap and towels are provided.There is no shampoo or wash clothes provided so bring your own. The glasses are really small and there isn't an ice machine but the front desk will give you some ice on request.

The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and fantastically helpful and really make one feel welcome and valued. They really want to make your stay a good experience and they succeed in my opinion. The hotel public areas as well as the rooms are kept extremely clean which is important to me. It is actually a very pretty place and well-located in London for both business and pleasure. I think it is really good value for your money and I was happy I stayed there. Iwould stay there again!

Clarification of #3: The young man on duty as receptionist when we arrived was not impolite just not particularly friendly. All other staff that we had interactions with were very polite, helpful, and pleasant.

The room was as expected, not huge, but certainly comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but very modern and functional. The hotel was immaculately clean. Very small complaint, the safe in our room did not work properly. It would lose it's memory and we would have to call the manager (a very nice, responsive man) to open it up for us. Breakfast service was very quick and friendly. The food was adequate, but not anything particulary impressive.
We spent very little time in the hotel other than sleeping, so this is the extent of my knowledge and experience with the hotel and its staff.
