I have commented to them that I would have liked a kettle and tray in the room. They have responded quickly to explain that this should have been offered to me - and will ensure that all staff know this - excellent response. Also my information has been updated so that should I stay again, this should be an automatic event.

The location is very convenient to Underground and to Kensington High St, Gardens and Palace as well as Natural History Museum. Very convenient for Heathrow airport. One of the loveliest parts of London and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

It was a great hotel. I went for four days with my teenage daughter, and they were all exceedingly friendly and helpful, made us feel very at home. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the bath was large and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

They also gave us advice about how far in advance we needed to check out to take the tube to Heathrow, and their advice was exactly right.

Very attractive and comfortable room, close to all amenities and exceptionally quiet given its central location. Appreciated the friendly and professional staff and the privacy given. Most enjoyable stay, would recommend London Lodge Hotel.

As my flight was very much delayed, I telephoned the hotel to let them know that I would be much later in arriving. They assured me that my booking would still be valid.

The only thing that disturbed me was the fact that the windows did not open. There was only air-conditioning. I think this should be stated clearly in the brochure / on the website. The disturbed me,personally, very much since my room looked out onto a courtyard, access to it would not have been possible by any intruder, and a normal opening window would have made all the difference.

It was a quote a shock when the receptionist said your room confirmation has been cancelled due to decline on my credit card.
