We found the experience very enjoyable , the receptionist was most professional and friendly and what can we say of the upgrade to the Hyde Park suite? - superb!

The London Elizabeth Hotel is warm, comfortable and has character. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The desk staff was very helpful and the waiting area very cozy with a fireplace. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay at the London Elizabeth was very enjoyable and upon arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded to a suite - this was a lovely surprise because the purpose of my visit to London was to receive my OBE which I received in the Queen's Birthday Honours List. The whole day was wonderful and it was made especially good by our stay at the hotel.

I have already told a number of friends about the quality offered by the hotel and that if they want somewhere special to stay then they should try this hotel. A very comfortable hotel and something out of the ordinary with very personal service - excellent.

The staff were very polite and helpful about the cheking out, as we were due to leave the hotel at 4,00 A.m. They provided us with breakfast and got us a taxi that arrived even before the scheduled time. They were all very kind. Congratulations.

It was a quite place, very well situated, with a bus stop in front of the main door and a tube station just on the corner.

The lift was so small that we had to make arrangements to meet downstairs rather than go together. With luggage only one person could fit into the lift.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for an old-fashioned London hotel. Very nice for an older hotel. The staff are pleasant and polite. Carpet and paint could use updating. It has a great location for sightseeing. Ride the tube, which is a two-minute walk from the hotel, to anyplace in the city.

The only reason I say Fair value for the money is that London is an expensive city and in most North American cities, the same type of room would have cost less.

Clean, great location, close to the tube, Hyde and Kensington Parks, walking distance to many things, bus stop at front door, restaurant, pub and corner store 1 block away, local artists display their work across the street on Sundays.

We stayed in the Barrie Suite which was very quaint and romantic. Our only complaint was that the shower and sink did not drain as we were using them. It took about 10 minutes for each to drain after use. So during our showers, we were standing in water up past our ankles.
