• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm.
  Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental buffet breakfat is included, for English breakfast there will be a supplement of £ 4.50 per person.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pre pay for your stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and we do have lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The back of the hotel is quiet, front is facing Hyde park and the street.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of deluxe bedrooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each room with 5 channels and CNN.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is only in deluxe rooms or suites.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is free Internet in our boardroom.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private car parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you with that.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lancaster Gate.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Accross the street there is Lancaster Gate tube station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Rose Garden Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
