We were able to check in early, as we requested, which was just great. ... The location was great, the hotel rooms very nice, and the apartment was very spacious and economical. The staff was terrific, and provided us with an extra cot and pillows. The rooms were wonderfully clean. Only complaint was the sofa bed was not very comfortable. ... Very nice, good value for money -- a real find.

It was very simple. We were expexted, our room was ready for us, we were very glad to prepare two nice cups of hot chocolate. All was exactly as was written in the advertisement.
... You are very good. Maybe, except the only thing: we stayed 5 nights and we expected in vain, that for a price of &98.00 per night the sheets would be changed after 3 days stay... And if you pay more to your Polish maids, they would spread bed-cloth more professional? ... We are very greatful to you: you let us the possibility to store our luggage till 7 p.m. and you invite for us in advance an exceptional nice driver to the airport, named Reza, No.8. ... Yes. You must to add, that you have a luggage room. ... That he must to book you if he wants to have a quite place to stay, and with the excelent Sainsbury beside, and with the gardens of Hapmpstead not far.

The first thing the staff did was say 'your credit card didn't go through' when I stated I was told it wouldn't be charged until today and he looked, he saw the charge hadn't been attempted yet and it went through fine. ... 1. The hair dryer was there, so we did just fine without it.I'm sure if I called down (4 flights of stairs and three buildings away I could have picked one up). We did have kitchen and laundry facilities I didn't expect. 2. I didn't realize there was no cleaning service on Saturday or Sunday. I called the office and was told that on Sunday night. I had my children bring down the towels for exchange to new ones and they were told they should have been left outside your door, as thought I should have known that. My children were not talked to politely. ... This person was the most pleasant and informative of all the people I spoke with.
... I would suggest including what a lovely area Hamstead is. We loved walking around and just looking at homes, gardens, resturants and shops. ... Exactly what I visulize when I think of a lovely London neighborhood. I was surprised by how nicely decorated the studio was. It was perfect for my family. We loved the bright and welcoming rooms. My family loved coming 'home' after long walking treks through London.

Had booked a cot but it wasnt in the room however one was made available ... The receptionist provided tea and coffee and was very helpful ... I think that parking was dificult as in front of hotel was residents parking only in daytime

There appeared to be some confusion regarding our booking upon arrival, however the matter was resolved swiftly by the very helpful and cheerful receptionist. This created a minor inconvenience. ... Very cheerful and engaging staff. The room was lovely.

We were delighted with the Langorf Hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. We would absolutely return. ... Very clean, spacious, great location to the metro.

On Saturday evening the receptionist was a very young woman who didn't know London well enough to know there is a Ritz Hotel in the city. However, she was polite despite her lack of knowledge. The room I had was small but completely adequate and quite charming in its configuration. I would stay there again, without reservation. ... The computer was down when I needed to check out, but the situation was handled well by the receptionist. ... I wouldn't oversell its grandeur. The photo on the site led me to expect something glossier than I found. It's a comfortable, middle-level place, not a fancy place at all. ... Small, well-run, conveniently located (for my purposes), quiet, clean. I NEVER STAY IN NEWLY BUILT STRUCTURES, so the age of the structure appealed to me although there was little left of truly antique.

Comfortable and conveniently located. Good place to stay if out in London. However, if doing something really special this would not be the hotel to stay at.

As the room smelled of residual smoke, I would prefer a non-smoking room in future, but they don't have them.

Cleanness was not that impressive.Sheets are not changed when staying more than one nights there.Rubbish was not disposed when got back to room on the second day. ... welcoming atmosphered B&B. pleasant enough as London's B&B
