  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Full English Breakfast is included only in weekend rates.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, the bill will be settle on check-out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, French, Spanish, Chinese, German, Thai, Greek, Japanese.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Eight floors, with accommodation spread over six floors. There are 4 lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, but all rooms have a view of either eight-storey atrium, or the streets of London.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, these facilities are available in all guest rooms. No supplement charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Indoor semi-ozone 15 metre swimming pool, a fully-equipped gymnasium, a whirlpool, saunas and steam rooms. Massages and E'SPA beauty treatments are also available.

    Yes, valet parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We can organise this via our Concierge service.

    London Heathrow, 15 miles/20 minutes by train.

    No, but such a service can be arranged via Concierge.
