How To Reach Us

From the Airport

Heathrow Airport:
1) Take the underground directly from the airport to the hotel. The tube from Heathrow will take you to central London. Change lines at Leicester Square from the Piccadilly line to the Northern line. Make sure you take an Edgware train or you will end up in the completely wrong part of the city (don't worry you only have a choice of two). Get off the train at Hampstead. Turn right outside the tube station and we are three minutes up the road. This is by far the cheapest option (in the region of £5.00).
2) There is now a high speed rail link between Heathrow and Paddington station. The train takes approximately fifteen minutes to reach central London. The cost is £13.00 per person. From Paddington you can take the tube, use either the Circle Or Hammersmith and City lines to Kings Cross change onto the Northern line and take an Edgware train. Alternatively, you can take a taxi which will cost roughly £10.00-£15.00.
3) Take a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel. A black cab will cost anywhere between £50-£70.00. Alternatively if you give me all your flight details I can arrange for a car to pick you up when you arrive. The cost will in the region of £35.00-£45.00 depending on waiting time.

Gatwick Airport:
1) The best way to get to the hotel from Gatwick is to take the Gatwick Express to Victoria station. Get on the tube and take the Victoria line to Warren Street. Change onto the Northern line and take an Edgware train to Hampstead. The cost will be roughly £12-14.00 for the train and tube.
2) A black cab will cost in the region of £70.00-£90.00. Alternatively, I can arrange for a car to be waiting, providing I have all flight information. The cost will be in the region of £50.00-£60.00 depending on waiting time.

Stanstead Airport:
1) There is a train link from the airport to Liverpool Street station in central London. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes and costs in the region of £12.00 depending on the time of day. From Liverpool Street you have a choice of the Metropolitan, Circle or Hammersmith and city lines to take you to Kings Cross station where you change onto the Northern line(Edgware branch) and get out at Hampstead.
2) A black cab will be around £80.00 and a cab through us will be roughly £50.00.
3) There is a coach link from the airport to nearby Golders Green underground and bus station. There are two Stanstead Express coaches every hour from the airport and the cost is in the region of £7.00 one way. The journey time is approximately one hour depending on traffic. From Golders Green one can either take a tube one stop to Hampstead or take a taxi from the taxi rank by the station. A taxi will cost approximately £5.00.

London City Airport:
1) From City Airport there is a regular bus link with Liverpool Street station, the cost is £5.00. From there you have the tube options listed above.
2) A black cab will cost in the region of £45.00. Through La Gaffe a cab will cost roughly £25.00-£30.00.

From the Train / Bus station

To get to us from any of the major train or bus stations one must get onto the northern line from whichever station one arrives at (Kings Cross, Euston, Charing Cross and Waterloo are all on the Northern line). Take an Edgware bound train and get out at Hampstead. We are three minutes up the road on the left hand side. If you are confused with using the tube, all major stations have free tube maps to help you find your way.

By Road

From the M1:
From the end of the motorway turn left onto the North Circular road (A406), turning onto the Brent Cross flyover soon afterwards (just after the Brent Cross shopping centre). From the on ramp turn right onto the Hendon way (A41) follow the road until you reach Cricklewood lane (A407), turn left and follow the road all the way to the top. Turn right onto West Heath road and follow the road all the way to the traffic lights (Whitestone pond will be on your left). At the lights, turn right onto Heath Street and we are on the corner second turning on the right.

From the M4 (Heathrow):
From the airport follow the signs that lead you onto the M4 toward central London. Look out for the turn-off for the North Circular road (A406), head north and follow the above directions from the M1.

From Central London:
Depending on where you are the easiest way is to head towards Euston (very close if you are at Tottenham Court road, Leicester square, Oxford street, Regent street e.t.c) and follow the street signs to Camden. Once there follow Camden High Street to Camden Lock and carry on towards Chalk Farm and stay on the same road which will become in turn Haverstock Hill, Rosslyn Hill and finally Hampstead High Street. At the top of the High Street, by the tube station, turn right onto Heath Street. We are the last business establishment on the left hand side; look for the restaurant and wine bar.
