• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in from 2pm.
  Check out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a cold buffet breakfast is at your disposal.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. We have quiet four poster rooms with jacuzzi and steam showers facing onto an 19th century square. Nearby is Hampstead Heath, perfect for a romantic walk at any time of year.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a colour TV, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room has a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet Point.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have our own parking. Your options are: 1) Pay and display parking. 2) Free local car park. 3) On road parking. Please see Facilities page for more details.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Euston station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Heath Hampstead.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Euston.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Hampstead.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not a fitness center. In some room there is a Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The hotel boasts an excellent Italian restaurant and a cosy bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, It is possible to use laptops in all bedrooms with the appropriate UK phone jack connection.
