It's always nice to stay at KGH. The staff have been there for a long time, and they are always very helpful! It feels safe there. It's also very clean, which means a lot to me. ... It's expensive, but worth the money! ... I always recommend KGH to friends when they are going to London, pointing out the nice rooms, helpful staff and that the location is good. (My friends seem to think it's expensive.)

We just loved our initial stay and in fact we returned the following week for another two nights with our two adult children. The staff were hugely helpful and accommodating of our changing needs and we felt very cared for in every sense. ... Very helpful - in fact the receptionist stood in the freezing cold in her shirtsleeves hailing a cab down for us - we were all very impressed with the service. ... Absolutely delightful and a real find - essential to stay there if you are in London.....but don't tell everybody, otherwise there won't be room for us!!

This was our 5th stay at the Knightsbridge Green Hotel. We return because it is so conveniently located and the staff remains friendly and accomodating. It is a very comfortable, small hotel where we never feel lost in the crowd. It doesn't hurt that it's shouting distance to Harrods either!!

The Web site described the hotel as being right across the street from Harrod's. I would say that it is an exaggeration as it is actually at least a block away and not right across the street. It's actually on the backside of the street across from Harrod's. Other than that, we really liked the hotel.

Nice, quiet, clean; staff very polite and helpful; exceptional location, very convenient to Central London and main shops, and to Heathrow Airport. Rather expensive for Italian standards.

Extremely welcoming and helpful with the luggage. ... It appeared that the whole hotel had been spruced up since I was there last year. It was lovely then, but seemed much spiffier and more elegant this time! ... The taxi you called to take us to the airport was at the hotel in plenty of time for our departure. ... I don't recall the website that well, but the room decor is definitely something that should be stressed--also the size and elegance of the baths. ... Wonderful accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, great central-London location.

I have been here before, and there was a wonderful sense of comforting security and a feeling (possibly untrue) of being recognised as having been before, which was lovely. ... Was impressed to get some up-to-date and helpful information about changes to local transport in the morning - I stayed during the week after the recent bombings and there was considerable disruption to the most local tube line. ... Extremely welcoming, and a place you can feel safe and very comfortable.Plus, within comfortable travel distance to anywhere you should go as a tourist!

We have stayed here before and are very pleased with the location rates and service ... None ... A wonderful, small, family hotel with the amenities that we needed. In fact, we have recommended your facility to both Brits and Americanx

Appreciated the ability to connect with my email on their computer at no cost. ... A small nice hotel in a convienent location. Next to the tube, major bus lines. Harrods just down the street along with many decent restruants.

The Knightsbridge Green Hotel was very pleasant. The room was somewhat larger than we were expecting (definitely nicer than in the on-line photographs). The furnishings, though fairly reflected in the on-line photos were not quite as nice as I had imagined. Overall, the room was very comfortable and an excellent value. ... We needed to leave very early in the morning, before the front desk was open. They were very accommodating, allowing us to “check out” the evening before and arranging a car to meet us and take us to the airport. ... The Knightsbridge Green is a delightful, quaint hotel, wonderfully situated between Harrods and Hyde Park. It has excellent access to all of London’s attractions on foot, by cab, or via the Tube. The Hotel is clean and well kept. It is small and very quiet. The staff are wonderful, welcoming at reception and able to help with directions and recommendations. And, breakfast was exactly on time every day.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a small, modestly priced, private hotel in Central London.

The staff and management went out of their way to be helpful with our arrival and check-in (members of our party were delayed, and the staff was very helpful in passing messages and coordinating our check-in). ... We had a wonderful stay and the Knightsbridge Green Hotel, and found the accommodations exactly as we had hoped and expected. ... The location was excellent, and it's a very good place to stay if there are more than 2 family members or several friends travelling together, as they have triple suites.

We received a discount on the room because the hotel was undergoing outside facade renovations, so the aesthetics and noise were not the quality they are used to. Perhaps the hotel should advise potential clients of the renovations, so they may decide in advance if they want to book. ... Very comfortable and friendly. Great location next to the underground, Harrods, Harvey Nicholas and other shopping. Great Italian restaurant around the corner. Knightbridge Street is a bit noisy at night and early morning.

We had stayed there 4 years before and wanted to go back ... General Manager hailed us a cab and put our bags in. ... Great diversity of nearby restaurants and shopping. Easy Tube access ... Old, clean, friendly and convenient

We would have appreciated free use of email as we experienced in all hotels during our month's vacation. And breakfast included as well. ... A convenient location near subway and good shopping.

A little over promoted in terms of the feeling of being a family run hotel. ... But fair value because London is very expensive ... Reasonable for London, no frills, good location, not really a hotel, more of a lodging only place.

I was over charged for the room. It was checked to the email confirmation and adjusted, however, I feel this should not occur at the best of times. The staff at the desk was unable to check me out without assistance. Why are they on the front desk then? ... Simple, clean no frills but close to main features I was looking for at the time.
