• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, includes service and taxes.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. Breakfast is charged per person and can be Express (just a coffee/tea and croissant), Continental and full English.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No bills are settled on departure unless pre-paid before arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Mainly English, but we do have people that can speak Spanish, Portugese and a little French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors and yes there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The quieter rooms are at the back of the hotel, all rooms have secondary glazing.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all rooms have TV with Satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes there is internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel does not have it's own parking but there is space nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 9.3 miles (15 km). Heathrow is 15 miles (20km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a pick up service but we can arrange a car to take people to the airport for a charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Number 52, 9 and 10 buses stop right outside our door.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Railway Station 0.8 miles (1.3 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Knightsbridge underground station and this is a two minute walk away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we do have an arrangement with a nearby health club for GBP 35.00 per day.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
