They are one of the first hotels to install a new Wireless Internet network. I was able to use my laptop (with wireless card) from the lobby, bar, and meeting areas without even plugging it in. Great service!

We expected a nice hotel but got an exceptional one. The level of enthusiasm and service was comparable to five star -- for a four star price. The concierge, Alban, was especially personable. Good location near affordable restaurants, convenient tube stations, etc. We've already recommended this hotel to friends!
