• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Greek.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Kingsway Hall has 8 floors, with a lift. Yes we have 2 guest elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Executive rooms or suites all rooms have sound proof windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have 2 designated smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a satellite t.v in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms offer direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All room are fully air conditioned at no extra charge likewise with the public areas.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All the guest rooms have ISDN lines, our public areas offer Free Wireless Internet Access and the internet is available in the business centre.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a Whirlpool spa.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is an NCP car park 2 min walk from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Concierge would be able to assist the clients.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 35mins, London Heathrow is a 50 minutes away by car/train.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Holborn - Kingsway.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waterloo Station 2.5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Holborn Underground station is a 2 minute walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, Fitness Centre with Large Circular Whirlpool Spa and Gymnasium with Cardiovascular Equipment.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes - which can accommodate 130 covers.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes via the ISDN lines.
