Very efficient and welcoming. We were happy to find that we could get the room early (approximatlely 1 pm)

Based on the website, I expected the room to be slightly larger. It would be helpful if you published pictures of ALL room types so there are not surprises. The room size was fine, but I was just expecting something closer to some of the pictures on the website.
One complaint was that they chose to have a plumber do some maintenance work on our room during our stay, (ie. this was not because of a problem we encountered). I would have thought they would try to schedule that when no one is in the room. We had returned to the room to have a rest, but had to wait close to two hours while the plumber continued the work, even with us in the room.

Very pleasant hotel, with all the conveniences, in a great location.
