- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 2pm. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All our prices are per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is included in the price. Guest can always choose whether to have full English or Continental breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, guests can settle their bill upon the arrival or departure in cash, by credit card or cheque. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Spanish, Italian and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The Hotel has got 3 lifts for 6 floors. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are quiet and romantic. Half of our rooms are facing Caxton Street, the other half is facing on the main entrance. We also organise a special "Week&Love" package. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, all our rooms have satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, all our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, all our rooms have individually controlled air conditioning free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have a Business Centre located on first floor with 2 PC positions with printer and broadband connection. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Not in the property, but there is a swimming pool in the area. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, we have a private car parking. - Where can we rent a car?
It can be arranged by Concierge. - Which is the nearest airport?
Heathrow. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but the public bus shuttle are very close to our hotel. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Victoria Street. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Victoria Station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
We are only 2 minutes' walk from St.James's Park Underground Station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Not in the property, but there is a sport centre in the area. - Are pets welcome?
No, only guide dogs for the visually impaired. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There are two restaurants: "Allegro con Brio" Italian fine dining a la carte restaurant and "Crystal Room" restaurant for English Carvery. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
