• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-In: after 2 pm.
  Check-Out: before 11 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is quoted per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, subject only to any additional charges which you may incur during your stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 Floors and 2 Elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of the rooms are quiet. For that very special stay we recommend booking our Studio Suites or our Deluxe King bedded rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  None of the rooms have a terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None of the rooms have a balcony - this is a modern purpose built hotel.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is Fully Interactive TV in all rooms with Satellite channels including International news Channels. Your room will have On-Demand Satellite Movies and CD's you can download, play, pause and resume at your leisure.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have two telephones - one with Dataport and one with Voicemail - both require a "9" to be dialled before your number.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have Air Conditioning provided throughout the year. There is no extra charge for this amenity.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have High Speed Internet Access. There is also a dataport on the desk telephone and Internet access for E-mail through the TV. In the Lobby there is Wireless High Speed Internet Access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not a pool at the hotel but there is one at the David Lloyd Leisure Centre nearby.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is limited garage parking at the hotel which is charged at £15.00 per 24 hours.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Speak to your Receptionist on Check In - she will have contacts for all main Car Hire companies locally.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London Heathrow is the nearest although the hotel is easily reached from all London's airports. The nearst tube station - Gloucester Road - has both a direct route to Heathrow and direct route to Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not operate our own shuttle but speak to your Receptionist who can arrange a shuttle for you at reasonable cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is just 100 metres from the hotel and is a route into London's West End.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest rail station is Victoria. Paddington Station is also close.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Gloucester Road on the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines. Come out of the station, turn left up to Cromwell Road, cross over the road and turn left down Cromwell Road until you reach the hotel -about 175 metres.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness centre in the hotel but there is a comprehensive fitness centre at the David Lloyd Centre close by.
• Are pets welcome?
  Well behaved pets are welcome at the hotel at no extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The Garden Room restaurant is open for breakfast. There is a wide range of restaurants in the immediate area and in London's West End.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms have High Speed Internet Access provided. There is also a dataport on the desk telephone and Internet access for E-mail through the TV. In the Lobby there is Wireless High Speed Internet Access.
