Even got better accomodation than stated in the voucher on acount of fewer family rooms because of the flooding.
Breakfast really is poor though the staff does their best and is served in a very small room.
Rooms very tidy.
New windows should be invested sometime around the next years...!
...
Fair value for London, as a rule overpriced.
...
Noise from Warwick Road.
Kensington really is a nice place to visit London from as a tourist.
...
Modest hotel at a fair price for the incredible London standard.

I was allowed to check in two hours early, which was greatly appreciated as I had just made a transatlantic flight.
...
Clean and comfortable. Small but big enough. Great location for getting around as it's close to Earl's Court Station. Good neighbourhood.
...
Gave me a wake-up call at 4am and arranged to have a taxi take me to the train station. Great service!
...
Stayed for three days and although a person came into the room to fix the bed linens, no new towels were left behind.
...
Great value and location. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't expect luxury accomodation but a good place to sleep at night.

They gave us a smaller room than I hade booked, but changed it when I complained.
Extremely small rooms and not very fresh, exept from the bathrooms.

We arrived early and the room wasn't ready. A corner of the very small lobby was available to store your luggage. There was a pile of luggage there already so we sat and waited until our room was ready. It was not a comfortable place to wait.
...
We found the room to be exceptionally small. In order to walk between the twin beds you had to move the beds over and thus blocked the door to the bathroom.
Our room was on the second floor and that meant walking up 2 flights of atairs.
We had to leave our key at the desk each time we left the hotel.
...
We paid in advance and just gave them the key on our way out.
...
The room we had was very small. It rained everyday we were there but we didn't go back to the room to rest because it was so small and unwelcoming. We got one towel a day and there were none extra when we requested a second one. No hand towels were provided. The bed was not changed while we were there. The continential breakfast was poor. We only went one day.
...
Convenient location near the Earl's Cout Tube Station. It was dingy, small and not comfortable. The staff knew nothing about what was going on in response to our questions. They said it was not their country.. We would not stay there again or recommend it to friends.

When I came, there was no electricity in the entire block, so in the hotel as well. Thus, I couldn't pay for my room with my card, so I had to go out (at 1 a.m.) and look for an ATM machine.
...
Probably because of the same problem with electricity, there was no hot water in the hotel and in the morning I couldn't get proper breakfast because the kitchen wasn't working. Although the employees tried to accomodate me well, the overall impression is rather bad.
...
I could leave my luggage in the hotel and pick it up later. However, the hotel doesn't have a storage room, so your stuff is just left lying in the reception area - not very safe, indeed.
...
I hope the things that happened to me were just one-time occurences and won't happen to anyone else in the future.

Breakfast was nice, though not necessarily what I expected...Clocks in the room would also have been helpful...that or the staff agreeing to do wakeup calls.
...
He just took, my key but didn't write anything down...but I had paid upon check in.
...
It was small, which was fine...They were not equipped to make wake up calls which concerned me, since there was also no clock in the room. The bathroom was clean, the bed could have been cleaner (I'm fairly sure there were some bugs in the room, though not bed bugs)...it was quiet..

The stairs were narrow and it was somewhat difficult to bring my bag up (none of the staff offered to help me)...and I had to pay upon my arrival instead of check out and I had to leave my key at the desk...theswe thing, I'm not sure if that's how it was done in the UK or what but it was odd to me and an American.
