Even got better accomodation than stated in the voucher on acount of fewer family rooms because of the flooding. Breakfast really is poor though the staff does their best and is served in a very small room. Rooms very tidy. New windows should be invested sometime around the next years...! ... Fair value for London, as a rule overpriced. ... Noise from Warwick Road. Kensington really is a nice place to visit London from as a tourist. ... Modest hotel at a fair price for the incredible London standard.

They gave us a smaller room than I hade booked, but changed it when I complained. Extremely small rooms and not very fresh, exept from the bathrooms. ... to small rooms, you should warn the customer so they don't get disappointed. To poor breakfast, nu egg, no fruit. ... se above ... small, not veru fresh

When I came, there was no electricity in the entire block, so in the hotel as well. Thus, I couldn't pay for my room with my card, so I had to go out (at 1 a.m.) and look for an ATM machine. ... Probably because of the same problem with electricity, there was no hot water in the hotel and in the morning I couldn't get proper breakfast because the kitchen wasn't working. Although the employees tried to accomodate me well, the overall impression is rather bad. ... I could leave my luggage in the hotel and pick it up later. However, the hotel doesn't have a storage room, so your stuff is just left lying in the reception area - not very safe, indeed. ... I hope the things that happened to me were just one-time occurences and won't happen to anyone else in the future.

Breakfast was nice, though not necessarily what I expected...Clocks in the room would also have been helpful...that or the staff agreeing to do wakeup calls. ... He just took, my key but didn't write anything down...but I had paid upon check in. ... It was small, which was fine...They were not equipped to make wake up calls which concerned me, since there was also no clock in the room. The bathroom was clean, the bed could have been cleaner (I'm fairly sure there were some bugs in the room, though not bed bugs)...it was quiet..
The stairs were narrow and it was somewhat difficult to bring my bag up (none of the staff offered to help me)...and I had to pay upon my arrival instead of check out and I had to leave my key at the desk...theswe thing, I'm not sure if that's how it was done in the UK or what but it was odd to me and an American.
