The rooms are small and compact. The breakfast is great. The staff are friendly. Above all it's a great bargain. Kensington High Street, a cinema and plenty of great resturaunts are just a 15 to 20 minute walk away.

It's cosey and compact but though simple, it does the job. The location is good and above all it's very affordable.

It's a cozy little hotel, the room was very clean and tidy. It's situated in a good neighborhoud and easy to reach by bus or underground. Definately value for money.

Caution with the above rating. The main issue was the impression given on the website that the rooms were larger than they actually are. They are in fact really quite tight. This could not have been ascertained from the site

Staff were very helpful in assisting in us changing rooms ( road noise ) and extending our stay

Good value for money; well located for transport; terrific ( better than expected and better than competitors ) breakfast; small rooms ( take the twin rooms rather than a double ); Holland road side rooms can be a bit noisy; very helpful staff ( front desk, catering and back of house)

Great, the price was very good, concerning that london is very expensive! Rooms were small but lovely and clean! And the hotel is near Kensington High Street, so you can walk, catch a bus or tube! Whatever you like! And the pub across the street is very sweet and very nice people!

the only remarks that I can do is that the photos on web show a larger room that the one we got but the room was fit for us, SO NO PROBLEM.particular mention for the breakfast we enjoied it very much.

Friendly, quiet, british and warm atmosphere.
the rooms are clean, and full optional. There are two bus stops nearby the hotel that takes you right in the centre of the city in few minutes. Superb the breakfast

Rooms were smaller than we expected.

Small, cosy hotel in London. Its location is very good, bus station is very nearby, main tube station is just 15-min walk away. Rooms are clean but very small. Staff is friendly and very helpful. All in one, good value for money.

It should state that from kensington Olympia tube station, that there is a foot bridge over the line which takes you virtually to the hotel. We walked the long way round the road.

The room I had was spacious, but I asked to see some other rooms and they looked very small.
The spec online said it had all been recently refurbished, but I think that might have been a while ago now.

You should give an option to book by Debit card.

The staff were very friendly. The room was cleaned to a high standard. Some areas of the building are very narrow, but it is an old style building so that is to be expected.

unwelcoming having to ring bell and wait to enter, Reception small and dingy. I immediately felt I had made a big mistake booking this hotel.

The pictures on web site flattered in every way. Lounge practically non existent and just a corner of the rather cramped breakfast room.There was therefor nowhere within this hotel to relax in comfort.

the room was tiny and cramped, the tv was small, the bed hard and uncomfortable, there was no bath and when showering the ceiling became covered in condensation which then dripped down as you were drying. for an extra £20 you can get a room at the Hilton and a far higher quality of service

Don't go there. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
