• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in is normally after 2 pm, but if you arrive early and we have a room ready then you can check in or leave your baggage with us and check-in later.
  Check-out: before 11 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full English Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and there is a elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is television in each room, though there are no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning, but we have fans in all rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a pay and display Parking or the NCP car park about a minute away from the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz car rental is about 5 minutes walking distance from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow Airport, which is about 14.7 miles from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Kensington High Street which is about 2 minutes from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Kensington Olympia which is about 3-4 minutes walking distance or the main Station at Kensington High Street, which is about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  From Earls Court Station it is a straight walk down the Road, Warwick Road cross the junction with Warwick Road and High Street Kensington, straight on to Holland Road.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
