• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night and exclude VAT (tax).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Polish, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hazlitt's has 3 floors and because of the age of the building we do not have a lift. However our porters are on hand to carry bags etc.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms at the back of the hotel are the quiet ones. We have several four poster rooms which are very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have courtyard gardens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None of our rooms have balconys.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have 6 rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have interactive televisions.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All our rooms have internet via the television.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. But there are several around the area.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Locally - Reservations & Concierge can provide prices as required.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Via reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange for cars or limousines as required. Reservations & Concierge have the costs.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On Oxford street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington or Victoria.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piccadilly Circus and Tottenham Court Road Underground stations are both less than 5 minutes walk away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. But only small ones.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. But there are many within 2 mins walk.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
