• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  "Yes" - Full English / Continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You are more then welcome to settle your account on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors above street level and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms facing away from the street that are a little quieter.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The entire hotel is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have Televisions.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have D/D telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms are not air conditioned but if necessary we are able to offer fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is local Car Park that we have a causational rate with.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have a number of local rent Company's - Hertz, Avis, Alamo, Thrifty Compancys.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  All London Aiorport are close to LOndon.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Marble Arch / Baker Street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington, Victoria, Kings Cross.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Baker Street and Marble Arch are within walking distance and it takes about 8 minutes to get there by foot.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
