Small but charming and clean rooms.The hotel was ideal for visiting all parts of London. Staff were very helpful,I will definitely stay in again. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay very much. However, we were surprised there are no wash cloths and hand towels provided, but the bath towels were replaced daily and the room was exceptionally clean.

I am enthusiatic about my description, with much praise for the hotel and especially its location. Very convenient. Breakfasts were good, also, and we enjoyed our host and Suki (the dog). Nice to get a wake up call daily!

Hotel was exactly as described and very close to Victoria station. It was very clean with a great breakfast each morning. The only negative was the toilet and shower facilities for our room were exceptionally small. Overall our stay was a very good value for the area.

We had no interaction with staff except for their serving breakfast. Room was very basic, which we expected, but did have all the amenities advertised.

Neighborhood has pubs, restaurants, other B&B's, but we didn't know about them till we stumbled on them our last day. Very convenient location, 5 min. from train/undergrround.

Very nice but the floor boards were VERY creaky, we were at the top so it wasn't a problem for us but we felt a little sorry for the people below us!

When we left our rooms at the check out time (10am a little early we felt) we went downstairs to hand in our key etc but there was nobody there, we rang the bell a couple of times but no-one appeared so we left our key in an ashtray where there was another key and left.

Break fast is served between 07:30 and finshes at 08:30, we felt this was far too early for a sunday morning! One of the reasons we booked this one was due to the full english but at that time there was no way we were getting up. We did leave a note saying we didn't want a wake up call for breakfast but we got one anyway at 07:10!

It was very nice, great location for what we wanted (theatre), room was fine, the only drawback was the early breakfast which was a bit of a shame.

The bathrooms are extremely small...a large person would have difficulty showering or using the facilities. The rooms, while clean, look much nicer on-line than in person.

Rooms look very different on-line...they are much smaller and more run-down in person. However, the staff and breakfast were very good...David's gift for gab is a major plus. Also, the location is prime for walking the city and catching the underground/buses.
