| Cancellation Policy | |
Any booking can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If this deadline is not respected then 1 (first) night will be charged. RECEPTION OPEN ONLY FROM 07:00am to 22:00pm after that there will be a charge to 5 GBP extra charges agreed in advance Arrivals during the London Olympics and Paralympics will be charged in full at time of booking and are NON REFUNDABLE. Dates applicable are 27th July to 12th August ; 27th August to 9th September.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
