• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full Continental and English Breakfast included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, unless there are extras.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English (Italian, French depending on receptionist).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 Floors, there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No designated non smoking rooms. Rooms are refreshed daily. We kindly request that guests refrain from smoking cigars and pipes in the guest rooms and public areas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite TV - including JSTV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We offer both ADSL and Wi-Fi connections in all rooms + Wi-Fi in public areas. Guest that have a laptop with a network card can use broadband (ADSL) connections on public areas. Also we have 2 public computers so guests without laptop can access internet too. All these services are not included in the price.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Hotel does not have a car park. On Harrington Road there is a car park (1 min walk).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Victoria or Earl's Court - our concierge will be glad to assist.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 9.9 miles (16 km).
  Heathrow 14.5 miles (23 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. Arrangements can be arranged via our concierge, guest will pay for the car.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cromwell Road, 2 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Railway Station 1.4 miles (2.2 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  South Kensington, 3 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Nearby Harbour Club - day passes to visit the fitness club.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, for charge.
