We loved our room but thought it was not spacious enough.

Europe is terribly expensive for us Argentines at the moment so I find it difficult to answer the above question.

We didn't take our notebook with us so we had to go to a Mailbox in Shepherd's Market every morning, that was a bit uncomfortable.

Very British, very cosy except for the lobby which I didn't particularly like the way it is decorated. We loved the library and the lift!.

They allowed us to check in on arrival (early) which was so appreciated after the long flight.

We were moved to another room after 2 nights due to some unusual smell in our room. The room was larger than our previous one but was noisy because it faced the street.

I had stayed here before so directions were not necessary.

The single room would have been fine but they installed a portable air conditioner that was a huge unit and practically blocked the door to the bathroom.
In my previous stay, the concierge was so knowledgable and helpful. Their new conceriege staff was not at all helpful. I knew more about London restaurants and activities than he did. His lack of knowledge was almost embarrassing.

A charming hotel in an excellent location at a reasonable price (given the location).
