• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices shown are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, cooked (English) breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Maltese, Italian
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors at our premises, unfortuantely there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We can provide quiet rooms on request.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Daily chambermaid service, towels and linen are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking room available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Even though there are tv's in each room, there are only national channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Most of our rooms have telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Our dining room is only used for breakfast. After breakfast it is shut.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do provide internet connection wirelessly all through out the hotel. There is no extra charge for this service.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is street parking facilities in front of the hotel but you are liable for street parking fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There is direct train services from Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  King's cross.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  King's cross.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  King's cross.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, unless guide dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We do provide internet connection wirelessly all through out the hotel. There is no extra charge for this service.
