• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2 pm.
  Check-out: by 11 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price quoted is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Price quotes is inclusive of Continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be settled at the time of arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel has seven floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We do have rooms facing the rear and quieter side of the hotel as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but there is a fan in every room and the public areas of the room in the lounge and the bar are airconditioned.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Hotel does not have parking on the premises. Nearby to the hotel there is Pimlico Master Card Park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Any car rental in the city or at the airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Victoria.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Nearest Underground is Pimlico station. We are approximately 600 yards from the station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
