check out was very strictly adhered to at 11am,manager at door precisely at 11 asking if we were ready to go, which luckily we were.

We were not told that we had to check in at another location if we arrived past a certain time. I had indicated in the email/internet correspondence that we would be arriving late, but still was not told about alternate arrangements. We called the main number, and we were lucky to find out that the receptionist was still there to let us in, even though it was 'after hours.'

I think we were charged for some phone calls that I'm not sure we made. We may have also been charged for the calls to the main office (which I think should be complimentary) to resolve some minor issues and the checkout time. I'm not positive as my husband took care of the bill.

We had asked for a later checkout, but that was not granted us.
Also, could have used more towels each day, and washcloths. We had 5 people and barely had enough towels for our showers. Some shampoos/conditioners/soaps would have been nice.

We were pleased to find a dishwasher and clothes washer, which we utilized (but I don't know if they are in all the apartments). The 'welcome' stock of food was great. The grocery store was certainly very convenient. The receptionist very helpful with directions to everything.

Though not in the center of things, it was well located between 2 tube stops (both about 2 blocks away) and easy to get to. But the slight 'remoteness' meant that it was pretty quiet at night as well. There is an elementary school across the street, but I don't think I heard the kids much. A pub practically next door, and one a couple of blocks away, were very convenient, as was the grocery store.
Very clean, well kept apartment; we found it easy to cook breakfasts, make take-along lunches, etc. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. The movie 'library' was a nice touch, especially since once day we had someone ill who had to stay in the apartment.
We would come back repeatedly to this apartment.

the best! I'd highly recommend this to all I know who go to London. I would stay at Europa House again!

Difficulities in fetching the key to the apartment in another Hotel. The family in the cab wating for at least 20 min. Small children that were very tiredm and hungry.

Very nice apartment. We will probably come back.

The should have a luggage room to drop bags etc. on when you check out. Our flight waas in the evening and we had to leave the apartment by 11!
