• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The apartments are self catering, no breakfast included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating, electricity, and all utilities except telephone are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Accommodation should be pre-paid 14 days prior to arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Portugese, Polish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Europa is in the quiet residential area of Little Venice. Apartments are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Bed linen and towels are provided, bed linen is changed twice per week and towels daily.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is direct access to 3 and 1/2 acres of communal garden at the back of the property, which has a childrens play area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartments are not classified as smoking or non smoking, very few people do smoke in the apartments, and of course apartments are cleaned and aired between stays.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The apartments have TVs in the lounge and master bedrooms with some sky channels available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are direct incoming telephone lines to all apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The deluxe apartments have air conditioning in the lounge and master bedrooms.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The apartments all have a dining table in their lounge, we have no restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Europa House has high speed Wireless broadband internet access on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking can be pre-booked in our underground garage. Cost: £15.00 per day
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest car rental is available from easyCar.com Paddington or Edgeware Road (10 mins).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow Airport, which has a high speed link "The Paddington Express" (journey time 15 minutes Heathrow to Paddington).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Cars can be arranged to pick-up clients from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no.6 to Oxford Street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington railway Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Warwick Avenue on the Bakerloo line is 4 mins away, walk up Warrington Crescent, turn right at the Warrington Hotel Pub and Europa House is on the right, opposite St Josephs Primary school.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Wireless broadband is available on request, you are issued with a username and password..
