• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Conntinental breakfast and full-english breakfastare available, either in-room or in the dining room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but obviously extra costs incurred during the stay will need to be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, French, Spanish, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 and a lift to all floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some of the bedrooms have four poster beds and the majority overlook the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but as mentioned many rooms overlook the Egerton Gardens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes we have airconditioning all year, there are no charges.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, broadband internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. But discounted entry to a nearby health club is available.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, valet parking and on street by parking meters.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Concierge can arrange car rental and/or a driver for guests.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 9.5 miles (15.3 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a chauffeur service available to and from airports available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Brompton Square.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Railway Station 1 miles (1.6 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Between Knightsbridge and South Kensington 200 yards each, very close to Harrods.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not on site, but very near. Beauty therapist can do in room treatments.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
