- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We offer continental and English breakfast and they are not included in rates. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, it is possible to settle bill on arrival or at departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English is spoken at reception, although there may be other nationalities working that would be able to help with the Spanish, Italian and French languages. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors in total. There is 1 lift to every alternate floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our suites are individually decorated in traditional English decor. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All suites do not have balconies. Although there is a private garden opposite the hotel that is exclusively accessible to residents arround the square as well as our hotel guests. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
All suites do not have balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Durley House is a non smoking hotel. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Theer are Tvs in all suites and there are selected satellite TV chanels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there are telephones for direct dialling in all suites. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There are air conditions in the Luxury one bedroom suites, but there are none in the Luxury two bedroom suites. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We provide broadband Internet access at a charge in all rooms to guests with their own personal laptops. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Guests have access to The Peak Health Club at The Carlton Tower Hotel that is about 5 minutes walk from Durley House. - Is parking or garage available?
Public covered parking is available walking distance from the hotel at a discount. - Where can we rent a car?
Car rentals can be arranged with reception. - Which is the nearest airport?

There is a bus stop five minutes walking distance from the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Slaone Square undergraound station is the closest to the hotel that other station with British Rail links. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
Durley House is only a short walk both from Sloane Square and Knightsbridge underground stations. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
The Peak Health Club is a short walk from the hotel; situated at The Carlton Tower Hotel. - Are pets welcome?
No, they are not. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. But guests can dine at The Langtry's a delightful restaurant situated at our sister property The Cadogan just minutes walk from Durley House. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
There are Internet cables in all suites.
