• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Continental and Full English breakfast Buffet style breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Portugese, Italian, Spanish, French and, of course, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors. Lift from ground floor to 3rd floor. Stairs to Basement and 4th floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV. Movie channel / Euro sport and CNN.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but it is possible for the Guests to go on line using their PC.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, not on the premises but there are two swimming pools within walking distance of the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have parking facilities, there is a National Car Park few minutes from the Hotel and meters parking on neighbouring streets.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can have cars delivered to the hotel by Hertz / Budget and various other care hire agents or in Victoria there is a car hire office.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow / Gatwick / Stansted are all within easy access via transport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a shuttle bus called "Hotel Link" that you can pick up at the airport, give the name of your hotel and they will drop you there.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Sloane Street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Station, 700 m.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  We are between Sloane Square (5 minutes) and Knightsbridge (7 minutes).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. but there are a few locally.
• Are pets welcome?
  No,unfortunately we do not have the facilities for pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we have a lounge area where lights meals & snacks are available.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, using your telephone line.
