- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All our prices are per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is not included in the price. In our hotel guests can always choose whether to have full English or Continental breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. Guests can settle their bill upon the arrival or departure in cash, by credit card or cheque. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English,Arabic, Russian and Polish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
4 floors. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
One half of our rooms are facing the street, the other half is facing the quiet mews. All the rooms are private & with a little effort can be made romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
There are a few rooms that have a small balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We do not have non-smoking rooms as such, however when we get a booking for a non-smoking room, our chambermaids go through an additional strict and specified cleaning procedure to ensure that the room is adequately aired and refreshed in order to minimize if not eliminate any traces of smoking if it's there. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, all our rooms have satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, all our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, we don't have air conditioning, however all our rooms are provided with fans.
- Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
In the near future guests will be able to check their emails in the hotel. At the moment, however, guests can check their emails in the many internet cafes close to the hotel.
- Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Not in the property, but there is a swimming pool in the neighbourhood, in a public leisure centre.
- Is parking or garage available?
Yes. - Where can we rent a car?
There are several car hire firms near to the hotel and we can advise you on the most convenient.
- Which is the nearest airport?
Heathrow. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Cromwell RD bus 74. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Earl's court follhum. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
We are only five minutes away from underground stations.
- Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Not in the property, but in the nearby situated Leisure Centre. - Are pets welcome?
We regret, but we can't accommodate pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there isn't, however, we can recommend to you many English pubs and International authentic cuisine Restaurants in our area, within 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel.
- Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
In the nearest future.
