The room was a little smaller than I expected. But, it was definitely sufficient for visitors who are out sightseeing most of the day.

This is the second time we stayed at the Delmere and my comments are the same. Excellent location, the continental breakfast (included) was great, the rooms were clean and cozy and the most important thing that distinguishes the Delmere from other hotels in the area, the staff, always making sure your staying is as pleasant as possible.

No delays when checking out. The process was fast. Overall, very good value for the money. The next time we go to London we will stay at the Delmere.

Very nice and cozy 3-star hotel with breakfast included with an excellent location only 2 blocks from Paddington Station. Rooms are small but clean and cozy and they have private bathroom. Staff is very polite and friendly.

I found the staff to be very accomodating and have no issues of complaint whatsoever.

It was the second time I had stayed there and the single rooms are small but it was fine for a base from which to travel around central London and served that purpose very well.

It is a terrific service to be able to leave your lugagge securely all day and at no cost in situations such as mine where I had a late evening flight.

The Delemere is a very quaint, comfortable, centrally located and affordable hotel. An absolutely idea place to serve as your base while in London. I'll be back.

there did not seem to be many st6aff on duty. the reception staff ran the bar area as well as the front desk. Overall the hotel was very homely.

This hotel room was the stuffiest we have ever stayed in. No ventilation was possible. It was shocker. We could not stay in it for any time at all. London was a cool 13-15 or so degrees, and this room was always running 25 degrees plus.

Oldwy world English but pokey, cramped and unventilated. Nice people, great location, a good breakfast and a great sitting room...but you need it as the room is unbearable.

Worse only because the request for a smoking room was not noted in the planning and we were given a very tiny room on the top floor. It was clean and quiet but very small.
