- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
It is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, it is. We have undoubtedly one of the best full english breakfast buffets in London. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, but a credit card number will need to be provided to confirm the reservation. It won't be charged unless you cancel after the allocated time or don't show up for the booking. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish, German, French, Nigerian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have three floors, however no lifts. There are many rooms on ground floor and if you would like one of these rooms then please feel free to request one. We will always try to accommodate your requests. We realise it can be difficult to carry your luggage up the stairs so we also provide a porter service and they would be more than happy to assist wherever they can. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
If you have any specific requests we will be only too happy to help out. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Unfortunately no. However, our Oscar's Bar Lounge does have a small courtyard available. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We have WiFi internet access throughout the hotel at a very low rate. We will be offering free WiFi access from January 2008 in line with Best Western standards. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, however there are swimming and fitness facilities very close to the hotel. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a very large car park with CCTV in operation 24 hours a day. It is free and accessed via a boom gate to protect from theft. - Where can we rent a car?
For the closest locations for your needs please ask at reception. - Which is the nearest airport?
Heathrow Airport. Stansted Airport is also very near. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, sorry we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Station Road, Harrow. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Harrow on the Hill. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest Underground and National Rail links is a short walk from the hotel at Harrow on the Hill. Simply exit the station to the right and walk through the concourse, turn right and then left onto Station Road. Look for Debenham's and we're directly opposite. For a slow walker it takes no longer than 4 minutes. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have both a Sauna and a Gym on site. If you'd prefer some more extensive facilities there are two gyms within immediate proximity. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, we do not accept pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
One St John's award winning international cuisine restaurant is on site. It's very popular and serves fantastic food! - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, this facility is available. We also have WiFi internet access.
