  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our prices are per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in the price but can be taken at a small charge in Garfunkel's Restaurant.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes. Guests can settle their bill upon the arrival in cash, by credit card or cheque.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish, Romanian, Polish and Tagalog.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are six floors of bedrooms above ground floor and an elevator goes to each floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    One half of our rooms are facing the street, the other half if facing the rear. All the rooms are private, with new triple glazing & with a little effort can be made romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, all our rooms have satellite TV with on demand movies and music.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling and speaker phone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes all rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and heating throughout the year.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    All rooms have high speed internet access through the TV, by ADSL cable and Wireless connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No but there is car parking 4 minutes walk from the hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Speak to your Receptionist at the hotel or you can hire a car on arrival at most airports and ports.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    London Heathrow is cloest and easiest - the Heathrow Express runs every 15 minutes from the airport to Paddington Station, by the hotel, with a journey time of 15 minutes.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Paddington Station, 1 minute far from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Paddington Station, 1 minute far from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    We are just 1 minute from paddington Station and 4 minutes walk from Lancaster Gate station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a state-of-the-art gym in the hotel free of charge to guests.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, Garfunkel's Restaurant, one of the coolest resturants in London!
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, there is a modem point in the phone in your room.
