• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night and exclude VAT (tax).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Continental Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, by cash or credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian, Arabic, Polish, Swedish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors, and one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms with a four poster bed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our Penthouse has a terrace on the 4th floor with view of London. Room 508 has a patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not on site, there are meters on Bina Gardens, or you can park at a hotel nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 10.2 miles (16.4 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but taxi pick up can be arranged at a cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Old Brompton Road.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Victoria Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Gloucester Road, 500 m.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No health club on site, but we have an agreement with a local health centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
