• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental buffet breakfast is included in the price (English breakfast is served for a supplimentary charge).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English/Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Commodore Hotel has 7 floors, with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes a few.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balconies. More expensive than standard.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All bedrooms and public areas fully air conditioned.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have broadband internet access in all bedrooms at a charge...Business desk with computer & Printer broadband access.....you can access your emails etc.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No parking on site, but there are several car parks in the area.One across the street from hotel..reasonably priced and very convenient.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Heathrow 23 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. but there is a frequent shuttle service Hotel Link from all main airports..takes you direct to most london hotels..allow extra time as it stops at several hotels drop off/pick up.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bayswater Road.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paddington Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Lancaster Gate on the Central Line, about 5 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a gym facilities.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. Latest high tech Broadband access from all rooms.
