• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Danish, French, German and Portugese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are located on 4 floors and there is a lift to 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms and suites are private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One room does.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Their is Wi-fi access and telephone points for access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is very limited parking, which must be pre-booked. There is a publis car park in walking distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  London City 10.3 miles (16.6 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No but limousines can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Warwick Avenue, 200 metres.
