That there is a very cosy lounge with tea and biscuits to wait until check in is possible. I don't know wether this is mentioned on your website, after all it was a nice suprise.

It was a nice place to stay, with kind staff, good breakfast. It's absolutely central in the city and we loved the balkony and the beautiful view ober Beaufort Gardens.

I arrived early (9 am) and was able to store my luggage and refresh myself in the rest room before heading out for the day and returning to check in formally in the afternoon.

this was my second stay and I've enjoyed being there both times. The staff is invariably friendly and pleasant -- particularly the breakfast staff. My only disappointment was that the bed (in a single room on the 5th floor) was somewhat hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Everything else about the stay was most pleasant, enjoyable, and 'as advertised.'

The 'value' question is heavily influenced by the dollar-pound exchange rate -- which is, of course, outside of the hotel's control.

Very pleasant street in nice, safe, upscale neighborhood. Pleasant, charming accomodations. Great breakfast (loved the hot chocolate, croissants, juice, and toast with jam). Would definitely recommend to a friend. Hope to stay there again.

We found the staff very accommodating and friendly.

Only complaint was the cold water faucet in the bath seemed to only give us warm or hot water. We showered with the cold water setting only and it was still hot.

Staff went out of their way to get cabs for us whenever we needed them.

A cute, quaint hotel on a quiet street near the bustling street of Brompton Road. Very close to Harrods and Hyde Park. Curteous staff and beautiful accomodations.

if we knew how small the room was, we might have booked two rooms. the fold out bed for the third person was totally uncomfortable.
lumpy and you could feel the springs. everything else was fine.
some times cold water was not available supposedly due to the location of the hot and cold water tanks and the oldness of the hotel
hotel was in a great location!!

While the accomodations were as described it was obvious that the hotel needs some tender loving care. The breakfast was good but it definitely seemed that food service was not their strength. The accomodations were adequate for my purposes but would probably not stay there again if traveling for pleasure.

I requested a London taxi and instead they called a van which was twice the cost, despite being told it was cheaper, and tried to pressure me to have them take me to the airport.

Great location. Reasonably quite street. Pleasant staff. Clean but small with limited space for clothes and definitely some updating needed. Comfortable bed. Lift stops between floors if stairs are a problem.

The room was almost I had expected. We booked for a family room and the room space was a little bit small for three persons.
But the space may be standard in central London.
