very pleasant and helpful as we arrived in the evening and were directed to a nice area in which to select from a number of restaurants for a late dinner.

Check out was delayed because the computers were down, but they were very accomodating in the interim and all worked out by the time we retrieved our bags and were off to the airport.

This is the second time that I have stayed at The Chesterfield. I have always booked it through your Internet service. I find the hotel to be wonderfully located, clean and friendly and relaxing. We just love it and I would stay there again and again and again.
