- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in is from 14h00. Check-out is not later than 11h00. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room per day. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is excluded from our prices but is available in the Restuarant. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Most continental languages. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Chelsea Village has 7 floors and there are two lifts. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All of our bedrooms have a colour TV. We provide SkySports and SkyNews as additional channels in addition to our "ChelseaTV" giving details and up to date news of our football team. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All our rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning for heating and cooling. There is no additional charge nor is it seasonal. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There is high speed internet access in all bedrooms and WiFi in all public areas. There is an additional charge to make use of this service. Modem Points are fitted in all bedrooms and there is a public computer available for checking e-mails. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a heated swimming pool in The Chelsea Club which is open all year round with exception of match days. There is an entrance fee and no under 18's are allowed. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes. - Where can we rent a car?
Our Concierge can arrange this for you. National Car Hire and Alamo have offices just outside the hotel. - Which is the nearest airport?
London City, then Heathrow and Gatwick. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No however our Concierge can arrange airport transfers for you. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Stamford Bridge which is right outside the main entrace to the Stadium. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Victoria Station, 2 miles. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
Fulham Broadway, 0.25 miles, which is on the District Line. You can take the Piccadilly Line to Earls Court and change there onto the District Line. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
The exclusive Chelsea Club & Spa is available for use by our hotel guests. There is an entrance fee and no under 18's are permitted. - Are pets welcome?
No however we do permit guide dogs. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
We have 5 restuarants and bars on site. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can dial up with a modem or we have high speed internet access. Charges apply for the use of this service.
